音のリズムに合わせて手を叩いたり、身体を動かしたり。

子どもの感性や運動能力の発達を高めるリトミックは、集中力、反応力、敏捷性などの他、みんなで動きを合わせることにより協調性や集団の楽しさ、コミュニケーション能力が身につくと言われています。

お子さまを膝に乗せて一緒に身体を動かせば、育児で忙しいママのリフレッシュにもなりますよ。
